Have my gifts touched you in any way

I am wanting to know if my gifts to you have touched you in any way. How have they affected you or changed you? I am looking for stories for my book.
God bless!!

  2. Wow! Wow! Wow! THANK YOU SO MUCH! My family and I were/are simply stunned at your generosity, and the obvious leading of the Holy Spirit to do this. And no, I have no idea who you are, but someday I'd like to meet you. The reason why is because you have ignited a tidal wave of 'something' that God has been 'brewing' in me since I was a child.

Last week, I was able to bless a dear young woman with one of your baskets who just lost (via miscarriage) her 4th baby this year. This woman was none other than my own sister. Thank you for helping me show her the love of Jesus during this difficult time.

Tomorrow, I will be delivering another basket to my neighbour, Amanda. She just lost her husband to cancer, and she has two little children. However, your basket has actually grown to three! The reason: as I was thinking about blessing her with a basket, I could not stop thinking of her children too. So, essentially what has happened is that I added lots to YOUR basket to her, as well as found two basketfulls of new, meaningful little gifts to bless her children also. Our own kids participated in this too. They saw me open your special gifts to me and know how touched I was. I told them that this is all I want this Christmas to be for me this year: giving. They know how much joy I recieve from it, and the challenge of trying to stretch my pennies too! It is my deepest desire to pass this lifestyle onto them also!

So, to you, one of the Gift Givers in my world right now, I want to say a simple yet heart-felt THANK YOU. You have touched me profoundly. In fact, I have some ideas for you, to possibly make your amazing ministry even more effective in the months and years to come. This so perfectly resonates with my soul that I wonder if somehow, someday we are meant to partner and combine our efforts??? The Lord will lead. In the meantime, Merry Christmas Friend!

    Much love and gratitude!

  3. Debbie,
I am thrilled that my boxes to you were such a blessing to you.

Your stories of how you used the baskets bring tears to my eyes and confirm to me that the Holy Spirit is leading. I am deeply sorry for the miscarriages your sister has been going through and hope the basket gave her some comfort in her grief.
I was particularly delighted to see that you and your children added to one of the baskets given to the woman who had just lost her husband to cancer.
I am very interested in your ideas for this ministry. As it so perfectly resonated with your soul and knowing your character and quality of workmanship, I would be honored to think of ways to partner and combine our efforts and giftings.
I feel strongly about writing a book, as I want others to duplicate the process. A christian "pay it forward" though with no strings or expectations attached. Also increased giving to Christian ministries which are so often struggling.
